This school was started in the year 1998. It is a co-educational school up to the Primary level. It is located in the West Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh, and is 100 kilometers away from Aalo, district Head-Quarters of West Siang.  China to the north, Assam to the south, Upper Subansiri district to the west, and Upper & West Siang districts lie to the west of this district. It is residential in nature with separate hostel facilities for both boys and girls.
